Terms of Service

These terms govern the Cue Office website, downloads and services provided by Sophon LLC (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using Cue Office, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for an organization, you must have authority to accept them for that organization.

Use Cue Office only if you meet the minimum age and other requirements under the laws that apply to you. These terms concern Cue Office; other products and third-party services may have separate terms.

Subject to these terms and the license accompanying your version, you may install and use Cue Office for lawful personal or internal business purposes. Any separately licensed or open-source components remain governed by their own licenses.

• Keep account credentials secure and use only accounts, files and systems you are authorized to access.
• Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, malware or unauthorized access.
• Do not interfere with service operation or evade payment, access controls or usage limits.

You retain rights to your documents and other content. You are responsible for having permission to use that content and for maintaining appropriate backups.

Cue Office is free to download. Some features or services require a separate purchase or subscription. A free download does not mean that every feature is free, and downloading the app does not by itself authorize a charge.

The purchase screen identifies the applicable features, price, currency, billing period, taxes and any renewal or trial conditions before you purchase. Recurring charges apply only to the subscription you agree to. Review the offer and retain your receipt.

For purchases through an app store or another authorized seller, that seller’s payment and subscription-management terms also apply. Contact the seller shown on your receipt, or contact us for help identifying the purchase channel.

There is no charge to refund for a free download. For subscriptions purchased directly from Sophon LLC, the following policy applies unless your purchase includes a more favorable offer or applicable law gives you additional rights:

• First subscription payment: you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days after your first payment. This first-purchase refund is available once per customer.
• Renewals and unused time: renewal payments and partially used billing periods are normally non-refundable. Cancelling stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund the current period.
• Billing errors or service problems: contact us about duplicate or incorrect charges, or a paid service we cannot provide. We will investigate and correct confirmed billing errors or provide an appropriate refund for a service we cannot supply.
• One-time purchases: any additional refund conditions are shown with the offer before purchase. Contact us about a billing error or a paid feature that cannot be provided.

To request a refund or help cancelling a subscription, email feedback@sophoninc.com with “Cue Office billing” in the subject. Include your purchase email, order or transaction reference, purchase date, purchase channel and a brief explanation. Do not include passwords or full payment-card details.

How to cancel: cancel before your next billing date using the subscription-management link or instructions provided with your purchase. If you cannot find them, contact us at the email above before renewal for cancellation assistance. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling Cue Office does not cancel a subscription, and requesting a refund does not itself stop renewal.

Approved refunds: refunds are returned to the original payment method where supported. The time for a credit to appear depends on the payment provider and bank. A full subscription refund ends the access covered by that payment and cancels renewal of that subscription.

App stores and other sellers: purchases billed by an app store or another authorized seller follow that seller’s cancellation and refund process. The direct-purchase 7-day policy does not replace the seller’s rules. We can help identify the appropriate purchase channel.

Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights available under applicable law.

You control which content you choose to use with Cue Office. Cloud, AI and connected features may require sending relevant content to the service involved. Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy and any notices accompanying that feature.

Review AI-generated content and converted or edited files before relying on them. Outputs can contain errors, and compatibility or formatting can vary between applications and file types. You remain responsible for the decisions you make using the output.

Third-party integrations and services may require their own accounts and terms. Naming another product or supporting its file formats does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Features and supported platforms may change as Cue Office develops. Updates, maintenance and external service failures can affect availability. Where a change affects a paid purchase, the purchase terms and applicable consumer rights continue to apply.

You can stop using and uninstall Cue Office at any time. Manage any paid subscription separately. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats or a legal obligation. Contact us if you believe access was restricted in error.

To the extent permitted by law, Cue Office is provided as available without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. Keep backups and check results before using the app for important work.

To the extent permitted by law, Sophon LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. This does not exclude responsibilities or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer guarantees.

We may update these terms as Cue Office changes. We will publish the revised text and update date here, with additional notice where required. If you have a concern about the service or a purchase, contact us so we can work to resolve it. If any term cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
