Privacy Policy

Last updated:

How we handle information when you visit the Cue Office website, download the app, use our services or contact us — and the choices available to you.

1. Who we are and what this covers

Sophon LLC provides Cue Office. This policy covers cueoffice.ai, our download service at download.cueoffice.ai, and information processed to provide Cue Office and respond to support requests. Other products and third-party services have their own notices. Our Terms of Service explain use of Cue Office, paid features and refunds.

2. Information we process

  • Website visits: page addresses, referring pages, campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, browser and operating-system details, language, IP address and approximate location.
  • Download activity: the download button used, requested platform, a download identifier, whether a request was initiated, and technical errors. Analytics client and session identifiers can be associated with a visit or download.
  • Account and purchase information: information you provide when using an account or buying paid features, such as your email address, selected plan, transaction reference and subscription status. Payment details are handled through the payment service identified at checkout.
  • Support: your email address, the details of your request, and attachments or diagnostic information you choose to send. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details or documents unrelated to the issue.
  • Content used with online features: if you choose a cloud or AI feature, the content and request context needed for that feature may be processed by the relevant service. Review the feature’s in-app notices and connected provider’s terms before submitting confidential information.

Visiting this website or downloading an installer does not give the website access to documents on your device. Website measurement does not require uploading your document contents. A download-click record indicates that a download was requested; it does not by itself establish a completed transfer or installation.

3. Why we use this information

We use information to deliver Cue Office and downloads, administer access to paid features, answer support and billing requests, maintain security, diagnose failures, and understand which website visits and campaigns lead to downloads.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on providing the service you request, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service and measuring its performance, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where required. You can contact us to ask about the basis applicable to your information.

4. Cookies, analytics and download attribution

The website uses Google Tag Manager to manage Google Analytics, Microsoft Advertising’s Universal Event Tracking (UET), and Microsoft Clarity. These services process technical and interaction information to measure visits, download activity and website usability. Clarity can capture interaction recordings and heatmaps of the website.

Cookies and browser storage can contain analytics identifiers and campaign information. Cue Office uses a 30-day attribution window to associate a later download with an earlier visit. This window describes how attribution is matched, not a promise that all records are deleted after 30 days. Short-lived browser session records also support delivery and deduplication of measurement events.

A download link can carry a download identifier; Windows downloads can also carry an analytics client identifier in the installer filename. These identifiers support download attribution and are separate from your document contents.

You can clear or restrict cookies and site storage through your browser and manage advertising preferences with Google or Microsoft. Clearing browser storage does not erase records already received by our servers or providers. Browser blocking may limit measurement or some remembered preferences. For help with your information, contact feedback@sophoninc.com.

5. Service providers and disclosures

We use Google Cloud and Firebase for website infrastructure and records, Cloudflare for download delivery, and Google and Microsoft for the measurement described above. Account, cloud, AI or payment features may also involve the providers identified in the relevant feature or checkout.

Provider information is available in Google’s Privacy Policy, Microsoft’s Privacy Statement, and Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy. These links explain provider practices; this page remains the Cue Office policy.

We may disclose information when necessary to meet a legal obligation, investigate abuse, protect users or our services, or carry out a business transfer with appropriate protections. We do not sell your documents or use their contents for website advertising.

6. Retention, security and international processing

We retain information for the purposes described here, including operating the service, responding to requests, resolving billing disputes, preventing abuse and meeting legal requirements. Retention depends on the type of record, the service involved and applicable requirements; browser-storage lifetimes are separate from server and provider retention.

We use HTTPS for website and download connections and access controls for service records. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Our infrastructure and providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, cross-border processing is subject to applicable safeguards.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain advertising-related processing. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Send requests to feedback@sophoninc.com with “Cue Office privacy” in the subject. Tell us what you would like to request and the account or visit information that may help us locate the relevant records. We may need to verify your identity and will handle requests within applicable legal time limits. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or protect the service.

8. Children’s privacy

Cue Office is not directed at children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can investigate and address it.

9. Updates and contact

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
